Project Consists of clearing and improvement of 13 Acres of undeveloped land,
including subdivision platting and coordination with all City, County and TXDoT entities
to provide public utilities and construction of a 63,286 SF ground-up, tilt-up and
structural framing building. Includes high end sales areas as well as 24 service bays, a
detail body shop and car wash area.
